Our Story
After spending two decades in cities such as Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, and Nashville, TN, the owner of Impaximum L.L.C. returned in 2020 to Laurinburg, NC—the rural community where he grew up—to help care for his aging parents. Once back, he saw how Laurinburg and nearby communities had been underserved and overlooked.
Laurinburg was once a bustling small community. The NAFTA pact contributed to significant socioeconomic challenges, but Laurinburg’s residents remain resilient and eager to see their community grow and thrive.
Inspired by the opportunity to revitalize a local community, Impaximum was founded to create job opportunities, encourage economic growth, and support the sustainable development of new and rehabilitated buildings.
