Our Story
After two decades of living in many urban cities such as Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, and Nashville, TN, in 2019, the owner of Impaximum L.L.C. moved to his rural-childhood community of Laurinburg, NC, to assist with the care of his aging parents. Upon his return, it became evident how Laurinburg and the surrounding local communities were underserved and disinvested.

Laurinburg was once a bustling small community. As a result of the NAFTA pact, Laurinburg has undergone many socioeconomic disparities. However, the citizens of Laurinburg are resilient and enthusiastic for change and improvement in their community.

Impaximum was formed from the aspiration to revitalize a local community, promote job opportunities, stimulate economic growth, and sustainably develop new or rehabilitated buildings.
